Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced [Position Title] to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in web development, design, and automation, particularly within the WordPress and Webflow ecosystems. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality websites, improve user experience, and drive automation for various workflows.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize WordPress and Webflow websites based on client specifications.
Implement advanced design solutions with a focus on user experience and performance optimization.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in WordPress and Webflow development.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, and other automation tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
SEO expertise with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies.
Familiarity with WooCommerce, booking systems, and e-commerce solutions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed team.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with additional platforms like Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or Bubble.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
